343 Labs was born in New York City in 2018, founded by instrumentalist Max Wild and DJ Nacho Isa, who’s vision it was to create an electronic music school by artists, for artists.
Built on community, collaboration, and cutting-edge teaching, 343 quickly expanded to Berlin and online, becoming one of the world’s most forward-thinking music production and DJ schools. Our approach combines hands-on mentorship from active producers and DJs with an open, supportive community that continues far beyond the classroom.
The vision is clear: to empower the next generation of creators with the skills, network, and confidence to thrive in today’s music industry.

Meet Max & Nacho
Max Wild
What drives me is sharing knowledge and empowering artists.
As a saxophonist, producer, and live electronic artist, I’ve always blended acoustic and electronic music.
I’ve taught for over 20 years, am an Ableton-Certified Trainer, and wrote much of the 343 Labs curriculum. The 343 program is built on my experience as an educator – ensuring students gain pratical skills, creative confidence, and the tools to thrive in today’s music industry.
Nacho Isa
I’m motivated by building communities and connecting artists with opportunities. As a DJ, I’ve played parties across the globe, and I bring that same network and industry know-how to 343 Labs.
My role is leading sales, marketing, and partnerships, helping grow the school and opening doors for collaborations with artist, brands, and institutions. At 343, I focus on making sure our students benefit from a thriving, connected community.
